Special Qualifications: A second scored entry will be accepted in all divisions if the schedule permits. Navigators may accompany a driver more than once on the marathon if the schedule permits. Entry/Class Fees: $250 for Preliminary and Intermediate, $300 FEI; Post Entry Fees: $400; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund less $100 before closing, no refund after closing; Stall Fee: $160; Stall Deposit: $30; Separate Check? No refund after closing; there is a $25 per night per stall fee for early arrival or late departure which must be approved by the Organizer in advance. Must provide a passport or coggins for identification; Course Walk and Briefings: Thursday, Feb. 21, PM; Dressage: Feb. 21 and 22; Marathon: Feb. 23; Cones: Feb. 24; Social Events: Welcome party Thursday evening, Competitor’s Party Saturday 7 PM – advanced reservations required.

Dressage

Test(s): Preliminary Test 2, Intermediate Test 6, FEI 9 for horse and pony singles, FEI 8B for horse and pony pairs, FEI 8A FEI 11 for horse teams, FEI 8C for pony teams.

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date, documentation of influenza vaccines per FEI Rules, Health Certificate within 30 days for entry into Florida.
Stabling Information: Permanent barn with steel frame and wood doors, temporary stalls with canvas over steel frame doors.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Yes, if schedule permits.
Awards Offered: 1-6 place in each class and special awards. The Triple Crown Award for the Preliminary Division will be awarded Sunday. Placings in the Intermediate and FEI classes will be awarded points towards the Triple Crown Awards to be presented at the Live Oak International.
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes for breakfast and lunch.
Accommodations: The official Host Hotel is the Hampton Inn, 13215 US Hwy. 301, Dade City, FL 33525, (352) 567-5277. Please mention the Little Everglades International for special rates. Reserve rooms early as the hotel has sold out for the last 2 years.
Camping On Grounds: Yes. There is camping with no hook up available for $100 plus $25 per night for early arrival or late departure. If you would like to reserve a hook up, submit a separate check for $325. A minimum of 20 campers will be needed to reserve a hookup in order for hookups to be provided.
Directions to Show: Little Everglades Ranch is located between Ocala and Tampa off US Hwy. 301. From I75, take Exit #301 (Dade City/Brooksville). Turn east and go approx.. 4 miles. Turn right on the 98 Bypass (McKethan Road). Merge to the right on Hwy. 301 and go 4 miles to Ashbrook. Turn left and go to the Ranch gate at the end of the road. USE CAUTION AT THE RAILROAD CROSSING.
