Awards Offered: Trophy and Ribbons through sixth place. Prize Money is $50 for 1st through 3rd places divided (50%, 30%, 20%) respectively
Misc. Class Info: Dressage and classes 13-16 combined with classes 25-28 will determine overall ADT winners for respective divisions. Pleasure Championships will be awarded as follows: Single Pony Classes 1,5, 9, 17, 21; VSE Classes 2, 6, 10, 18, 22; Single Horse Classes 3, 7, 11, 19, 23; Pairs/Multiples Classes 4, 8, 12, 20, 24

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date, horses that do not reside in the state of Florida will require a health certificate within 30 days of show date as required by Florida Department of Agriculture Stabling Information: Stalls are concrete with clay floors and expanded metal doors. Stall assignments and Fair passes are to be picked up at the “red gate.”

Misc. Show info: All prize money will be paid within 30 days of the completion of the Fair (February 15, 2010.) No prize money will be issued without completion of a W-9 form. It is the exhibitor’s responsibility to fill out form and turn it in to the show secretary.

See list of preferred hotels on website. Camping On Grounds: Yes, please make reservations by December 15, 2009. Form is with show information on website. Camping Off Grounds: Call show office 813-740-3500. Directions to Show: From I-4 EAST bound only, take Exit #6 for Orient Rd. and turn right off the ramp. There will be a sign for the Fairgrounds entrance immediately on the left-hand side. Upon entering the Fairgrounds take an immediate right to the Red Gate (livestock check in.) Travel on I-4 WEST toward Tampa to Exit #7 toward US-92 W / HILLSBOROUGH AVE and merge onto E. HILLSBOROUGH AVE. Proceed to the first light—Orient Road and turn left. There will be a sign for the Fairgrounds entrance on the left-hand side. Upon entering the Fairgrounds take an immediate right to the Red Gate (livestock check in.)
