Entry/Class Fees: $170 must be an ADS member; CT Fee: $60 Post Entry Fees: $220; Entry Fee Refund Policy: 100% prior to March 15th;vet certificate required for refund after March 15th. Stall Fee: $150 for Thurs thru Sat. night; one equine per stall, tack stalls also $150; $40 per night per stall for extra nights on Wed or Sun. Stall Deposit: $50 per stall; Separate Check? Yes; Stall Refund Policy: Must be prior to March 15th otherwise no refund; Other Fees: $5 ADS fee per Competitor; Trailer-in and drive-in $50 per entry for the event. Stable Opens: noon March 27th; Secretary’s Office Opens: noon March 28th; CT: Friday March 28th (The judges will provide a score but this will not be used in the CDE scoring starting on Saturday) Vet Check: after Marathon on Sun.; Course Briefings: Drivers Meeting Fri. 5 pm with a wine and cheese party; Presentation: On the Move; Dressage: Sat. 9 am; Marathon: Sun 9 am; Cones: Sat, competitors proceed directly to cones following their Dressage test; Social Events: Driver’s meeting wine and cheese party Fri. following briefing; Participant’s picnic Sat. following Dressage and cones (bring your own chairs) food and beverage provided by the organizers and Ideal Harness (Gerard Paagman, Mr. Orange pants)
