Fees
Entry/Class Fees: FEI $300, Intermediate $250; Post Entry Fees: Additional $150; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund less $150 before closing date; No refund after closing date. Stall Fee: $175; Stall Deposit: 0; Separate Check? n/a; Stall Refund Policy: Full refund before closing. No refund after closing. There is a $25 per night stall fee for early arrival or late departure. $50 grounds fee for each horse/pony not stabled on the grounds. A $500 fine will be imposed for a competitor arriving early without written permission from the Organizer. A $100 fine will be imposed for loose dogs. Other Fees: FEI Drug Fees and USEF IHP Fees are required for FEI competitors. All competitors are required to submit a separate check for $5 payable to the American Driving Society. Competitor’s Party $50 – advanced reservations required. See below for camping information. Make Checks Payable to: Live Oak International. Live Oak will be accepting credit cards in 2013. If you wish to pay by credit card, your entry will need to include the name and address of the cardholder, card number, expiration date and the security code on the back of the card.

Presentation: n/a; Dressage: Thursday, March 21 and Friday, March 22; Marathon: Saturday, March 23; Cones: Sunday, March 24; Social Events: Competitor’s Welcome reception and briefing Thursday evening, Competitor’s Party Saturday evening.
Dressage
Test(s): Intermediate Test 7, FEI 9 for horse and pony singles, FEI 8B for horse and pony pairs, FEI 8A FEI 11 for horse teams and FEI 8C for pony teams.

Marathon
Terrain: Mostly flat lime rock roads and grass fields.

Other: Standard wheel widths per the FEI rules will be required for both the Intermediate and FEI Divisions. Proper attire is required for walking the cones course.
Other Information
Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date, documentation of influenza vaccines per the FEI Rules, Health Certificate within 30 days required for entry into Florida.
Stabling Information: Temporary stalls with canvas over steel frame doors. Shavings are available for purchase in the stable area.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Yes in the Intermediate Division if scheduling permits.
Misc. Show info: The Live Oak Tournament will be conducted according to the current rules of the FEI, USEF, ADS and the Organizing Committee of Live Oak. In entering Tournaments at Live Oak, you and your team (owners, trainers, grooms, family members, etc.) have agreed to honor the general information as specified in this Omnibus, the Prize List and on the entry form. Your agreement and acceptance of all rules, regulations and Live Oak decisions is indicated by competing in our Tournament. It is important to understand that interpretations of existing rules and regulations and the invoking of additional rules and regulations to cover unforeseen circumstances are the sole responsibility and authority of the organizing committee. All owners, trainers, competitors and grooms agree to the acceptance of these interpretations and additional rulings by virtue of your signed entry.
Awards Offered: 1 – 6 in each class and other special awards. Triple Crown Awards for Intermediate and FEI Divisions.
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes, for breakfast and lunch starting Tuesday, March 19.
Accommodations: Official host hotel: Ocala Hilton 352-854-1400, Comfort Inn (formerly the Hampton Inn) 352-854-3200, Courtyard Marriott 352-237-8000. All hotels are located on SR200 close to I75. Please reserve rooms early and mention Live Oak for special rates.
Camping On Grounds: Yes. Camping with water and electric hookups is $300. Camping with no hookup is $100.
Directions to Show: Take I75 to Exit #352, SR 40/Silver Springs Blvd. in Ocala. Turn west approximately 7 miles to SW 110th Ave. Turn left. The spectator entrance is 1.7 miles on the left and the stable entrance is approximately 2 miles on the left.
