Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $185 for T-I, $170 for Advanced Driving Trial. Post Entry Fees: If space allows, $25 extra if post marked after the closing date. Entry Fee Refund Policy: After closing date, none. Before closing date refunds given less $25 office fee upon receipt of written withdrawal. Stall Fee: $25/night GMHA members, $38/night non-members. Stall Deposit: None, will be billed $50 for dirty stall. Separate Check? No; Stall Refund Policy: Same as entry policy. Other Fees: No, bedding provided, bagged shavings provided for $10/ each. Tentative Schedule

Stable Opens: Thursday afternoon, any earlier arrivals must request permission prior to sending in entry. Secretary’s Office Opens: 7:30 am daily; Vet Check: N/A; Course Walk and Briefings: Mandatory briefing Thurs 6:30 pm. NO OFFICIAL COURSE WALK. Presentation: On the move during Dressage. Dressage: Fri. 8 am; Marathon: Sat. 9 am; Cones: Sun. 9 am; Social Events: Competitor’s party at GMHA, Sat. night, 6:30 pm; $30/person, must be purchased by August 17th.

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within: 1 year of show, must be submitted with entry.
Stabling Information: Permanent Stalls with doors.
Awards Offered: Ribbons 1-6 in each class. Overall Champion and Reserve in each division. Team Award- must sign up before competitor breifing on Thursday. Teams consist of 1 Training, 1 Preliminary, 1 Intermediate, 1 Advanced competitor.
Misc. Show info: ATV’s will be allowed on a LIMITED BASIS this year- all competitors MUST abide by rules outlined at check-in in order for ATV use to continue. Parking space is LIMITED and will be assigned upon arrival- no exceptions. Dogs must be leashed at all times. $30 loose dog fine per occurance. Must include copy of ADS card with entry. Junior drivers must wear approved helmets as per ADS rules. A driver, groom or navigator may participate on more than one vehicle in Competition B subject to scheduling requirements. The second entry must be in a different division/class, or if in the same class, will be H/C and driven after the competing entry.

Camping On Grounds: Yes, MAY be available to GMHA Members ONLY- To be announced pending decision by town officials. Please see website or contact the office. No hook up available.
