Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $20 per pleasure class, $30 per Dressage Test. Due to time constraints, only one Dressage Test will be allowed per competitor. Post Entry Fees: $25 per entry. May not be able to accommodate Dressage post entries. Entry Fee Refund Policy: All refunds charged a $25 handling fee. Cancellation must be received
in writing before closing date. None after closing date. $25 fee for bounced checks. Stall Fee: $25/ night GMHA members, $38/ night non-members. Stall Deposit: None, competitors will be billed $50 if stall is not stripped. Separate Check? No; Stall Refund Policy: See entry refund policy. Int - 30cm. Drivers must declare which width they are driving prior to class, must correspond to Dressage level for Combined Test award.

Awards Offered: Six ribbons per class; Division Awards (Champion and Reserve) for: Single Horse: (16, 21, 26, 35, 36), Single Pony: (17, 22, 27, 34, 37), Multiples Horse/ Pony: (18, 23, 28, 33, 38), Novice Horse/ Pony: (19, 24, 29, 32, 39), and Maiden/ Junior Driver: (20, 25, 30, 31, 40). Combined Test: Awards for each division and Shurtleff Trophy to High Score. Other awards include High Point of the Show Perpetual Trophy, Donated by Claire and Willard Rhodes; High Point Single Horse of Show Perpetual Trophy in Memory of Frances Bryant, High Point Single Pony of Show Milton Long Perpetual
Trophy, Antique Carriage Championship Ribbon and Trophy. Placings in all classes will count for High Point of Show awards.
Misc. Class Info: Classes may be combined at management’s discretion.

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within: 1 year must be included with entry.
Stabling Information: Permanent stalls with doors. Newly renovated barns!
Misc. Show info: If there are fewer than 3 entries in a division, the division will be combined (applies to both Combined Tests and Division Championships). No marathon vehicles will be allowed. A second vehicle may be used on the Pace so that Antique Carriages do not incur damages. Please see GMHA website for Designer Reinsmanship
details and scoresheets. No entry will be accepted without full payment. Unleashed dogs will be impounded and charged $30 bail.

Food Available on the Grounds: Yes
Camping: No camping per Woodstock Town Ordinance. Violators will be asked to leave grounds immediately.
Directions to Show: GMHA is on Rt 106, 6 miles south of Woodstock.
From North: I-89 exit 1, Rt 4 west to Woodstock. 106 South (6 miles), GMHA on left. From South: I-91, exit 8, west on Rt 131 to 106 north; GMHA on right approx. 11 miles north on 106. See website for details: www.gmhainc.org
