Fees

Entry/Class Fees: CDE $125 or Combined Test $75; Post Entry Fees: $175; Entry Fee Refund Policy: All fees before closing. After closing, all fees with vet certificate less $25; Stall Fee: Fri thru Sun, $110; pairs & multiples add’l stalls $70; tack stall $50 if available. Includes 2 bags shavings per horse stall. Additional days $15 each. Shavings available on grounds. NO STRAW. All horses must be stabled. For layover stabling, contact secretary; Stall Deposit: None; Stall Refund Policy: After closing, all fees with vet certificate less $50; Other Fees: Golf carts available at $175. Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date for all competitors (Must send copy with entry); 30 day health certificates for out-of-state entries will be checked.
Stabling Information: Permanent stalls
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 910) Yes, if scheduling permits. Drivers may compete with more than one entry. NO PASSENGERS ALLOWED in any section as per ADS rules.
Misc. Show info: Meals provided on grounds – we cannot charge but donations are requested to cover costs for Saturday lunch and awards party following marathon. Silent auction & Sales Booth-donations for auction accepted through Friday evening. No schooling in hazards 30 days prior to event. Helmets required on Sec E of marathon.
Breeching/brakes & SMV required. Extra bedding available on grounds. Restaurant open 6am-8pm. ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH.
Awards Offered: Classes-Prize and 8 ribbons, Championships, Secretary’s Award, Morgan High Point, Welsh High Point.
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes, 6am – 8pm

Directions to Show: From I-65 south of Indianapolis take exit 76B (US 31/Taylorsville). North 4 miles on US 31 to Edinburgh. At sign “Jct SR252 East/North” turn left on Old Hospital Road (may see signs about Camp Atterbury). GO 3 MILES, turn right into Johnson County Park on School House Road. Go 9/10 mile, turn left at 31st ST and go to barns I-J-K at the far side of the compound. [Lat: 39.3716, Long: -086.0469]. Office in tent. Detailed maps will be sent with entry packet.
