Entry/Class Fees: Saturday: Dressage $30, Marathon $30 and Cones $30; Sunday Pleasure Classes $15; Post Entry Fees: Pleasure Classes $20; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of a veterinarian’s certificate stating that the horse/pony is unable to compete due to illness or injury. Full refund before closing; less $20 after closing date; Stall Fee: $100; Stall Deposit: $25; Separate Check? Yes; Stall Refund Policy: stall must be stripped and deposit will be refunded upon inspection; Shavings available for fee on grounds. Other Fees: Saturday Evening Cookout $25. Make Checks Payable to: R.I.D.C. in US currency.

Stable Opens: Fri. noon; Secretary’s Office Opens: Fri. 3 pm; Vet Check: N/A; Briefing: Fri. 5 pm, Wine & Cheese; Course Walk: Marathon Course open for walking until noon on Sat.; Saturday Schedule: Dressage starts at 8 am, cones start at 8:30; 6 pm dinner, silent auction and music. Sunday Schedule: 9am – 4 pm Pleasure Classes.

Awards: Saturday: Classes 1st-6th Place Ribbons and First Place Trophies, Combined Award for Dressage, Marathon, and Cones, Novice Horse, Novice Pony, Open Horse, Open Pony, VSE and Multiples. Sunday Awards, Ribbons 1st-6th Place and Trophies. Championships: Champion and Reserve Champion Awarded for Novice Pony, Novice Horse, Open Pony, Open Horse, Multiples Classes required to be eligible for Championship points: Dressage, Timed Obstacles, Working, and Reinsmanship. Other awards Include: Junior High Point, Margaret Ferguson Memorial Award, Concours d’Elegance, Massachusetts Horse Junior Horsemanship Award, American Morgan Horse Open High Point Morgan Award, and The Wendy R Trophy to the High Point Pony. Classes and Championship may be combined at show management’s discretion.

Misc Info: Please bring a muck tub and remove your own trash. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Incomplete entries will be returned unprocessed. No ATVs or golf carts without special permission.

Directions to Show: Celtic Cross Farm, 38 Ziemba RD, Dudley, MA 01571. From Mass Pike Interstate 90: take Exit 9 Interstate 84 South. Go 1 mile to Exit 3A, RTE 20 East-Charlton. Go 6 miles to RTE 31 South Masonic Home Rd, turn right (sign says Dudley, gas station on right). Follow RTE 31 for 7 miles to Dudley Southbridge Rd, turn right, go 1/10 mile to Durfee Rd, turn left, go 1/10 mile to Ziemba Rd, turn left. Ziemba Rd becomes to driveway for Celtic Cross Farm. Total travel about 15 miles from Mass Pike to the farm. From Interstate 395 going north or south: From 395, take RTE 16 west. 16 ends and becomes RTE 12 South. Follow RTE 12 South through Webster Center approximately 2 miles. At junction of RTE 12 and RTE 197 (traffic light) go straight onto RTE 197 South, go 1.2 miles to 2nd light (Cumberland Farms). Turn right onto Airport Rd. Go 7/10 mile to 1st stop sign bear right onto Dudley Hill Rd, 1/2 mile to second stop stay straight onto Dudley Southbridge Rd, 1.3 miles to 3rd stop sign, go straight and take first left onto Durfee Rd, take first left onto Ziemba Rd becomes driveway for Celtic Cross Farm. Total travel about 6.5 miles from 395 to the farm.
