Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $135 for the full CDE $100 for the Combined Test only (Saturday only); Post Entry Fees: $175 for both; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund before closing date. After closing date, September 5th 2011, entry fee refunded with vet certificate less $25 office fee. After closing date, no refund on stalls or dinner tickets. Refunds are processed one week after show completion; Stall Fee: $140 per horse stall. Tack stalls may be available for an additional $100 each. All fees (entry, stall, camping) are for the weekend, including Friday and Saturday nights only, early arrival or late departure will be additional stall fee of $50 per night (no charge for one extra night for out-of-state entrants) shavings provided; water on site near stalls; Stall Deposit: $25; Separate Check? Policy:
Horse stall and tack stall fees are not refundable; stall deposit of $25 is refunded after final inspection prior to going home, if we find a clean stall; Other Fees: A few Electric camp sites available at Windy Knoll for $50. All horses must be in stalls– fee is inclusive of Friday and Saturday, additional nights at $50 each for Thursday or Sunday except for out-of-state competitors who are allowed to stay an one extra night without charge. Participants can trailer in for the day only (no overnight) for $50 for the weekend including Saturday and Sunday. Note your request in the Camping section on the ADS entry form. Competitors party Saturday $25 per person for Saturday night competitors dinner on-site at Windy Knoll. Tentative Schedule

Stable Opens: Sept. 15th at noon; Secretary’s Office Opens: Sept. 16th at noon; Vet Check: Sept. 18th during marathon; Course Walk and Briefings: Sept. 16th, 5 pm; Presentation: Sept. 17th on the move; Dressage: Sept. 17th 8:30 am; Marathon: Sept. 18th, 8 am; Cones: Sat, Sept. 17th, following Dressage; Cones competition runs concurrent with the Dressage competition, competitors will proceed to Cones as soon as possible following their Dressage completion; Social Events: Friday, Sept. 16th Wine and Cheese party at 7 pm following the course walk at 5 pm. Saturday Sept. 17th, competitors dinner at 6 pm; awards ceremony at about 2 pm on Sunday Sept 18th.

Dressage

Marathon

Terrain: Grass on Rolling hills, some gravel pavement, country road crossing with crossing guards to start A but at your convenience not on the course. Only water should be in the Water Obstacle.
Level: Training; 3 Sections A,D,E; 10-12 km; 5 Obstacles with three gates each.
Level: Preliminary; 3 Sections A,D,E; 11-12 km; 5 Obstacles with four gates each.
Level: Intermediate; 3 Sections A,D,E; 11-13 km; 6 Obstacles with five gates each.
Other: VSE; 2 Sections sec D (1 km Walk) and E; 5 Obstacles.

Cones

Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Grass/Grass
Level: Training; Clearance: 40 cm with VSE 35 cm
Level: Preliminary; Clearance: 35 cm with VSE 30 cm
Level: Intermediate; Clearance: 30 cm with VSE 20 cm

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within one year of the show date, July 17, 2011. Health certificate for out-of-state entries.
Stabling Information: 10x10 permanent stalls
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) Yes, as time permits only. Driver or grooms may compete with a second entry at the discretion of the organizer, scheduling permitted. The second entry must be in a different division or entered as H.C and driven after the competing entry. Grooms may ride with more than one entry.

Awards Offered: ribbons for all divisions/classes Championship by division; dressage award by division; cones award by division; marathon award based on cumulative obstacle times by division for Preliminary and Intermediate and based on best route in one obstacle for Training
