Fees

Entry/Class Fees: Training $200, Preliminary, Intermediate and Advanced $250; Post Entry Fees: $300; Any change to entry after closing date constitutes a post entry and the additional $50 fee will be required; Entry Fee Refund Policy: 100% less 25% admin fee with vet certificate. Stall Fee: $150, which includes 2 bales of shavings. Additional shavings may be purchased at the event. Stall Deposit: $50; Separate Check? This fee will be returned if complete entry is submitted initially, with copies of all required documents. Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Health certificate within 30 days for out of state horses. West Nile Vaccination highly recommended. Influenza required for Advanced level per USEF rules. PROOF OF A NEGATIVE COGGINS TEST WITHIN 1 YEAR OF SHOW DATE IS REQUIRED FOR OUT OF STATE HORSES ONLY.  THAT IS, IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FROM A STATE OTHER THAN CALIFORNIA TO ATTEND THE SHOW, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE A COPY OF  YOUR COGGINS TEST. 
Stabling Information: 10 X 10 covered stabling with doors.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) No Navigators may go a maximum of 2 times on the marathon.  Entries MUST be in different divisions.
Misc. Show info: Food concession for lunch on grounds. Please provide copies of USEF and ADS membership cards with your entry. Please provide copy of pony measurement card with entry. Passports are required for USEF (Advanced) Division ONLY.

Directions to Show: Shady Oaks is approximately 15 miles north of Stockton. Take Interstate 5 to Hwy 12 exit. Go east on Hwy 12 and take the first left, Thornton Road, at the Flying J Truck Stop. Follow approximately 3/4 mile and enter at marked entrance. Competitors only, follow road to Competitor’s Barn. Spectators, use same directions, park in designated parking field on left. No vehicle traffic on ranch, please use Trolley to get to competition areas.
