Dressage: Two Rings on Friday; Marathon: November 3, 9 AM; Cones: November 4, 9AM; Social Events: Welcome briefing Thursday, November 1 at 5 PM. Saturday evening 10th Anniversary Gala, 6 PM. Some awards will be given.Get tickets early with entry.
Dressage
Test(s): Training Test 4; Prelim Test 3, Prelim Test 5 Tandems and 4’s; Intermediate Test 7 (new); Advanced Test 9 Single Horses and Ponies, Test 8B Pony and Horse Pairs, Horse Teams 8A, Pony Teams 8C

Other Dressage Info: Assignment of judges will be determined by the organizer committee. Order is drawn by random computer generation. There will be 2 dressage rings.
Marathon
Terrain: Grass track with some sand, dirt roads.
Level: Training; HDT Sections; 1 section, 5-7 km, 4-5 Obstacles
Level: Preliminary; 3 Sections; 8-14 km; 5-6 Obstacles
Level: Intermediate; 3 Sections; 8-15 km; 6-7 Obstacles
Level: Advanced; 3 Sections; 8-15 km; 6-8 Obstacles
Cones
Ring/Warm-up area Footing: Grass could be 2 cones rings
Level: All levels per ADS and USEF Rules
Other: Standard Track per Rules, 70m x 120 area with the length of the course between 500m and 800m
Other Information
Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date send photo copy with entry. Heath Certificates from out of state horses are recommended. Any other health requirements competitors will be notified.
Stabling Information: Follow signs to Stable Area. Tent Stabling stalls are temporary with frame and canvas doors. All horses/ponies
competing and not stabled on the grounds must pay $50 per horse/pony. Please include fee with entry.
Driver/Groom twice around allowed on marathon? (Article 917) If time allows.
Misc. Show info: Golf Carts available please call organizer for
information. Dogs should be on a leash.
Awards Offered: Trophy and 1-6 place ribbons will be awarded. Also the Carolina Challenge awarded to lowest overall combined score in each class at Pine Tree and Katydid CDE’s Some awards will be given Saturday evening at dinner.
Food Available on the Grounds: Yes, food will be available Wednesday until Sunday 7 AM to 4 PM. 10th anniversary Gala Brunch on Sunday, tickets from the secretary. Tailgate Spots available inquire with entry.
