Levels/Divisions: Novice, VSE, Small Pony, Large Pony, Horse, also split by Sporting turnout (marathon, wire-wheel, or pneumatic tire carriages all welcome here), or Traditional turnout (usual pleasure carriages), Classes may be split or combined by management according to entries.

Fees

Entry/Class Fees: $15 per class, or drive all weekend in all 10 classes for $95. Juniors are half price prior to closing date. Each turnout is also assessed a $5 per competitor ADS competition fee. Post Entry Fees: Add $5 per class; Entry Fee Refund Policy: Full refund before closing date. After closing date, entry fee refunded with vet certificate less $15 office fee. After closing date, no refund on stalls. Refunds are processed one week after show completion. Stall Fee: $75; Stall Deposit: 0; Separate Check? No; Stall Refund Policy: No refunds after closing; Other Fees: $5 per competitor ADS competition fee. $30 ADS additional non-member fee. Changes to entry after closing date add post-entry fees. Saturday: 1: Turnout, 2: Pick-Your-Route, 3: Working, 4: Ladies/Gentlemen to Drive Working, 5: Your Route/My Route. Sunday: 6: Reinsmanship, 7: Fault & Out, 8: Pleasure Drive - Pace, 9: Super Reinsmanship Test #2, 10: Progressive Cones. Organizer reserves right to combine or split classes. See detailed prize list on website. Please specify your carriage type (traditional or sporting) and your equine size on your entry.

Marathon Notes: 2-4K; Type of Terrain: Mild slopes, sand roads, grass, wooded trails.

Awards Offered: Places 1-6 in individual classes. Championship ribbons for Junior, Novice, Traditional Turnout, Sporting Turnout, VSE, Small Pony, Large Pony, Horse, Multiples. Must enter classes 1,2,3,5,6,7,8,9,10 to qualitfy for Show Championship. Must enter this show and the Grand Oaks Classic in February 2013 to qualify for the Florida Pleasure Championship.
Misc. Class Info: Novice: Entries are ineligble for Novice classes after winning at least one first place ribbon in each of three ADS-recognized and/or USEF-licensed Carriage Pleasure driving competitions.
Junior: age 18 or younger. Sporting turnout: Marathon carriage, Wire Wheels, or Pneumatic Tires. Traditional turnout: normal pleasure carriage. Multiples enter classes based on size of largest equine in turnout, multiples scored separately for championship. Juniors enter any class but are scored separately for Championship.

Other Information

Veterinary/Health Requirements: Negative Coggins within 1 year of show date; if out of state, health certificate within 14 days.
Stabling Information: One stall required per equine entered. Stabling open noon Friday, closes 9 PM Sunday. 10x10 permanent wood stalls, some initial bedding provided, bring your own additional bedding (shavings not available on grounds). No stall deposits, and stalls are cleaned for you after departure.
Misc. Show info: Marathon Carriages, Pneumatic Tires, Wire Wheels all welcome and will be entered and scored in the “Sporting” Division; all other carriages in “Traditional” Division. The Purely Pleasure show is combined with the Grand Oaks Classic in February 2013 with combined points going toward the Florida Pleasure Championship. Competitors must compete in both shows to qualify.
Awards Offered: Ribbons 1-6 in each class. Championship ribbons for Junior, Novice, Traditional Turnout, Sporting Turnout, VSE, Small Pony, Large Pony, Horse. Multiples.
Food Available on the Grounds: Permanent concession available on the grounds all days of the show

Camping On Grounds: Yes; Details: 16 camper hookups available. Reserve and pay with entry, $25 per night per hookup, same camping fee applies without hookups.
