The Southeast region in home to more than 400 individual and family ADS members and hosts such ADS recognized driving events as CAI Live Oak, Canon Carriage Classic, The Black Prong CDE and 14 other competitions.

In all, there were six Pleasure Driving shows, ten Combined Driving Events and the first driven Dressage festival held east of the Mississippi River hosted throughout the Southeast region in 2006. Additionally, the Southeast Region is home to The National Drive, the largest single recreational driving gathering in the United States. Held at the Kentucky Horse Park, in October.
